PASO’s flexible in built rules allow specific requirements to be defined for individual engagements. These rules, set by your organisation determine the amount of necessary time related information the user must enter to support the particular engagement (or job or matter).

For example, certain engagements may be set to require activities to be notated.

Or some engagements might require time to be booked against specific phases, to track individual milestones, which in turn may facilitate milestone billing. For both of these examples, PASO prompts the user during their time capture to include information required for the particular engagement.
